Get out to the Haunted Woods Scare Trail while staying in temporary housing in Tampa

Haunted Woods Scare Trail 2026 takes place at Hillsborough River State Park in Thonotosassa on Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17, 2026. It’s described as a spookier event better suited for older kids and teens, with this year’s theme listed as “Beyond the Grave.” Admission uses the park entrance fee, so it’s a good idea to check the organizer’s page before going for any last-minute updates.

How Does Avenida Suites Support Snowbird Season Visitors to Florida?

Every winter, a wave of seasonal residents head to Florida to escape colder climates, often for a stretch of one to several months. A furnished apartment gives snowbird guests real living space without owning a second home outright.

How Long Do Most Snowbird Guests Stay?

It varies, but many stay anywhere from 60 days to the full winter season, roughly November through March.

Can You Book the Same Unit Again Next Season?
