Bike Week !

It’s Monday, I hope you had a fantastic weekend! We’re finishing up the month of February this week and quickly sliding right into March. Bike Week is coming up March 9^th – March 18^th. in Daytona Beach. This popular annual event has a huge following and bikers and spectators travel from all over the world to participate.  Housing can be a real challenge to find ! Beaches in Tampa Area

Okay, this winter has been so mild and the beaches are so close…..have you wiggled your toes in the sand lately? Beaches are such a great place to take a walk, run, ride a bike or just relax and listen and to the waves lap on the shore. The beaches are always an interesting place to enjoy nature. We are so fortunate to have such a wide variety of birds and marine life so close to our doorsteps.  Did you know that  off the west coast of Pinellas County (where St. Petersburg and Clearwater are) there are 10 barrier islands and they are connected together by a stretch of road called Gulf Blvd? Here is a list of several beautiful beaches in our area for you to enjoy.

Mobile Food Kitchens in Tampa

Well, it’s Wednesday and the month is about halfway gone!  So many enjoyable events happening in Tampa. This week I thought about the Mobile Food Kitchens moving around town. The craze that started on TV has been rolling out across the country. Tampa now has a food truck rally one day a week and you can visit several trucks in one location at the same time. The first Food Truck Square will feature five different trucks and it will be located at 1704 West Platt Street…Grand Opening will be Thursday Feb 23^rd from 4pm-6pm.
