On the first Friday of every month, the heart of downtown St. Pete becomes the biggest block party. This is a showcase for great music from local and Florida bands. There is also food and music. First Friday is organized by breakfast Optimist Club and all proceeds go to different area charities. This is a really fun event so come out and join in when staying in short term rentals in Tampa!
