Anna Maria Island is a 40 minute drive south of Tampa and worth the trip. This beautiful peninsula is surrounded by the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Come spend a day at the beach and then stop by The Sandbar Restaurant before you head back to your corporate housing. The deck at The Sandbar is a local favorite spot for some cocktails and a nice meal, while you watch the sun go down.
