Ah yes, the New Year’s Resolution. Who hasn’t made one and
better yet…who hasn’t broken one, or many? Surely, we started out with good
intentions but, somehow, somewhere, we lost our way. The experts say that the
best way to make a new habit (like exercise) is to do it for 21 days straight.
After about six months, it’s pretty well ingrained into your daily life and it
becomes second nature. Here’s the thing… so you slip once or twice …or 37 times.
Don’t give up, because you can always start again and make a new goal. The
whole point was to strive towards a new goal, and you can do that any time of
the year!
